Returns must be in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. You will be issued a store credit to be used online. However, if you experience product failure, I will happily replace it, fix the issue, or issue a full refund upon return receipt and inspection.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend you ship your package with insurance using a trackable shipping method.
All sale items and purchases made with a coupon are non refundable. If you customize any aspect of your item or place a custom order, the order is final sale.
All products are handmade and as such, may vary slightly with each one. Each item will be made as close to the product image and description as possible.
Slight variations such as color, abrasions, thickness, and suppleness of the leather can occur depending on the cut or type of leather requested.
We construct and supply a product that is built to last. If you experience any problems, please let us know and we will do our best to come to a solution.
The leather used for these products is bought locally. On occasion, there may be a chance that leather to fulfill your order is out of stock or being ordered. If this is the case, I will contact you and offer a suitable alternative from current stock of leather or provide you with an estimated time to start of production, depending on how soon I can get the material.
